Li Chenggong, male, Han Nationality, was born on May,
14, 1966 in Shouguang City, Shandong Province. Possessed of undergraduate diploma of business administration, he holds the posts of both Chairman of Directors and President of Xinjiang Huachun Investment Group, principal of Urumqi Biological Engineering and Technology Academy, Vice-chairman of Union of Shandong Enterprises in Xinjiang, Committee of Autonomous Youth League.
By chance of the reform and opening to the outside policy in 1980s, he devoted into market economy as the first courageous racer on the tide of reform. His enterprise has taken on a scale when he was only 22 years old. By combining production management with capital management, he began to set foot in real estate, import and export trade and capital market gradually, aiming to develop the enterprise into a multiple non-governmental business group.
